These Terms cover your use of the Craft & Command website, the Get-Started intake form, and the Contractor Command Center product (including the Founding Member Beta program). They are written in plain English; if anything here is unclear, write to us at craft-command@polsia.app.
The service
Contractor Command Center is a mobile-friendly operating system that helps small contractors manage leads, estimate appointments, proposals, jobs, scheduling, payments, expenses, follow-ups, and profit from one secure account. The Founding Member Beta is the program that runs while we work with the first 100 owners to dial in the product.
Your account
You are responsible for the credentials for your account and for the records you create in the product. Choose a strong password. Tell us promptly if you suspect a credential compromise.
Pricing + billing
The Founding Member Beta price for Contractor Command Center is $39 / month, with a planned regular price of $79 / month; Founders keep the beta rate for the life of their subscription. Hands-on services — Command Setup at $149 / $249, Proposal Polish and Back Office Reset on a custom quote — are scoped per engagement. Pricing may change with notice (typically 30 days).
Cancellation
Cancel any month during the beta from your account. We don’t charge cancellation fees and we don’t require annual commitments.
Availability + changes
We work hard to keep the service available, but we don’t offer an unconditional uptime warranty during the beta. We may change features from time to time as we learn from the first 100 owners; we’ll give reasonable notice for material changes.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” during the beta, without warranties of any kind. We don’t warrant that the service will meet every specific business need or be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Your data
You own the data you put into Contractor Command Center. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, how we use it, and how to ask for a copy or deletion.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Craft & Command is incorporated.
